John E. Pack, RPh, FACA
Owner / Compounding and Consulting Pharmacist
John is the second of three generations of pharmacists. His father has owned his pharmacy since 1950 in Cincinnati and John’s daughter works with her grandfather. His brother is a pharmacist as well. Born and raised in Cincinnati, John graduated from Walnut Hills High School in 1966 and the University of Cincinnati McMicken College of Arts and Sciences (BA) in 1970. He then served in the U. S. Army (Medical Corps) where he was trained as a pharmacy specialist, obtaining the rank of Specialist 5th class. Following his honorable discharge he returned to the University of Cincinnati and graduated from the College of Pharmacy (BSPharm) in 1977. He and his wife then moved to Lima, acquired the Bungalow Pharmacy (1937-1977), renamed it Pack Pharmacy, and converted it from a “corner drugstore” to a professional pharmacy.
In addition to building a successful practice John has served in a variety of professional organizations and received numerous awards and recognitions. Over the years he has spoken before numerous civic, educational, and professional groups on pharmacy related issues.

Zachariah C. Broshes PharmD.
Director of Clinical Services/Compounding and Consulting Pharmacist
Zach is a native of Elida, Ohio. He graduated from Elida Senior High School in 1995. Following in the footsteps of his great-great uncle, Rudolph H Raabe, and his great-grandfather Edward Klinger, Zach pursued an education in pharmacy from Ohio Northern University’s Rudolph H. Raabe College of Pharmacy, in Ada, Ohio. He graduated with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2001 and has been employed with Pack Pharmacy full time since 2003 (following a PharmD experiential rotation in 2000) and part time since 2001. He is also an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Ohio Northern University and serves as a Clinical Preceptor to students completing their Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
Zach has participated in over 150 hours of continuing education regarding pain management and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement. Zach has been a featured speaker before numerous civic and professional groups throughout the region.

Steven M. Magoteaux RPh.
Director of Compounding Services/Compounding and Consulting Pharmacist
Steve is a native of Anna, Ohio. He graduated from Ohio Northern University’s Rudolph H. Raabe College of Pharmacy (BSPharm), in 1988. Steve was previously employed full time at Lima Memorial Hospital from 1988-2002. He joined Pack Pharmacy full time in 2002. Steve is the Director of Compounding Services and is responsible for developing the policies and procedures relating to compounding. Steve has worked tirelessly to institute new safety guidelines for sterile compounding as well as traditional compounding practices. His efforts continue to ensure that Pack Pharmacy is the leader for compounding services in West-Central Ohio.
Steve has completed continuing education in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement, pain management, and Sterile compounding.
